"We got upgraded to a studio apartment as needed a ground floor for disability.
Bar man was very helpful and showed us the key codes etc.
very appreciative for upgrading.

"Clean room, good car park - would stay again. Only criticism was that the superior room I was upgraded to had 2 beds stuck together, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on."
