Wonderful stay, part of a longer trip. Would definitely stay again.

I would recommend this hotel. We used it as a stop over before a cruise. It is very handy for the cruise terminal. The breakfast was an added bonus as it was included in the price.

This is the second time that I've stayed here as I have family nearby. Have enjoyed both times. The staff are always friendly and professional, the breakfasts are always fab and this time (with regards to the pandemic) they adapted to the changes very well. I was more than comfortable with the way the hotel was managed in terms of cleanliness and safety etc. Would recommend.

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation. Really nice rooms - big and clean - including bathroom. Had dinner and breakfast too which were both good. Would recommend.

We like to be able to dine with our dog & the shower for the dogs was brilliant the towels ; fleece provided in our room We have no dislikes this was our 4th visit we love the woodlands

We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were, every single one of them , I would highly recommend here and will definitely return , food is amazing , so much choice and large portions , we absolutely loved it .

Great night in the New Forest. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Room on ground floor was really comfortable and super clean. It was a wet windy day in New forest so perfect excuse to sit in the comfy bar and enjoy the atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

The Hotel was very clean , service provided by the staff was excellent. The food was also to a height standard. My general feeling was that the property was a bit tired and in need of a face lift.
