"Everything was top notch apart being charged an extra £30 for 2 nights so that I could have bedding on the sofa bed. Room says it's good for 4 people because it has a double bed and a sofa bed, so booked it for 2 people so we could use as a twin room. That was where reception asked for the extra pounds as they said I didn't state I wanted it as a twin room... although there was nowhere to state I wanted to use it as a twin room when I went through the booking stage"

"The hotel is part of a conference building on a university campus. Once you get onto the campus the signage is very clear and I had no trouble finding the building. Nice and helpful reception staff. The building is new and the facilities are nice. You have to swipe your keycard to get into your floor and into your room, so I felt safe. Cons: Mattress was thin and old, not very comfortable.
