"Upon checking in 2e were told we needed to upgrade due to our 5 year old needing an extra bed in the room, however upon receiving the paperwork we noticed only two adults remained but the room was ``upgraded`` and we were charged for it despite asking about the free upgrade from our VIP benefits with expedia- everything else was ok- only problem was the room upgrade.
