During your visit to Nice, you can do some window-shopping at Avenue Jean Medecin. Amble around this family-friendly area's beautiful beaches and enjoy its top-notch restaurants.
Perched on a hilltop, this medieval village offers panoramic views of the Var Valley and Alps from its ancient stone streets. Hike the nearby trails to discover hidden chapels, then sample local Provençal cuisine at family-run restaurants in the charming town square.
"A beautiful building with a blend of history and the modern day. Friendly staff who were always happy to help. Lovely bar with sea views, great drinks, and prompt staff. 10/10 ⭐️ "
"Perfect location and still very quiet. You can walk everywhere but it’s just a quick 8 min straight shot walk from the train station into Cannes. The staff was very helpful and the bed made it hard to get up in the morning with how confortable it was. The coffee machin in the room was state of the art and the mini bar was full of every luxury (although there was no room to store personal items in the fridge). The balcony was spacious and the bathroom was 10/10. Plenty of storage space within the room and the tv allows for casting. However, my favorite thing about the property was the location and how quiet it as at night. "
"CHOOSE THIS PLACE! Look no further. We were miserable in an accommodation in Genoa, Italy and needed to escape for the day. We took the train and Uber’d here. The staff greeted us warmly, stowed our bags until the room was ready (3 pm check in) and invited us to enjoy the rooftop pool and restaurant. The service up top was impeccable from our waiter. Towels were available, and the view of the coast was stunning. This property is beach front.
More over, this is one of the very few beachfront properties with a private beach area where you can reserve lounge chairs. You need to reserve. They were booked online when we checked in, but reception called and was able to reserve chairs for our family of four. This level of service literally brought tears to my eyes.
The accommodations were impeccable. We reserved a junior suite (?) with a Mountain View. It was on the highest level (7) and was amazing. King size bed and a separate living room with a double sofa bed. Staff had already folded the sofa out and made up the bed for our two children, upon arrival. There were two bathrooms in the suite, one with a toilet, bidet and sink and the other with a shower, bathtub and sink. Two large closets. And a beautiful and long patio with a table/four chairs and two lounge chairs. We watched the sunset over the mountains.
I am currently writing this review while sipping on a Santa Rita spritz on a beach lounge chair looking out at the Mediterranean Sea. I repeat, CHOOSE THIS PLACE! "
The most popular time to visit Aspremont is during the spring months, particularly April and May. During this period, temperatures typically range from 15 to 20 Celsius, providing a refreshing atmosphere superb for outdoor adventures and leisurely walks through the scenic countryside.
Spring marks a vibrant season in Aspremont, as the surrounding landscape bursts into bloom, creating a picturesque backdrop for sightseeing. This is a great time for those who enjoy hiking, as numerous trails offer stunning views of the Mediterranean and the charming Provençal hills. As you plan your visit, it's worth noting that tourist activity tends to rise from June to August, coinciding with the high summer season.
