We used the ‘aspire’ lounge as it was a special wedding anniversary .... bought through the additional resources while checking in on line. An Absolute waste of money; the choice of food was awful with my husband having cold baked beans, a floury white bap and anemic (green and white, clearly microwaved rather than grilled, baked or fried) vegetarian sausage specially requested forty eight hours beforehand through a complex and expensive phone process. Needless to say he didn’t eat any of it! I had porridge which was ok. If it hadn’t been for the warm welcome and friendliness of the lady on the desk it would have been an entire shambles. At almost £40 for the two of us it was most annoying, we would have been feed better at the adjoining subway outlet, and save our money. We will not be paying to use this facility again. I feel easyJet should disassociate themselves from this ‘holiday extra’.
