The service was excellent! The room was loud as it faced the street and it was quite warm too. There was no AC but they gave us a fan which did help. We loved the service from Phillipe and Sara especially.

The room was very nice. Comfortably fit 3 adult women. There was a workspace for me to do some computer work. They made great use of empty space for storage. I reached out ahead of time to let them know our train would arrive very late and they made sure our room was completely ready for when we arrived (sofa bed pulled out and made, furniture moved so that we could navigate with our luggage, correct number of towels, etc). The staff were very nice (Karm, Beatrice, Ananda, Mohammad, and many others) and the location was great! I would stay again

Excellent location to the event we were there for. Wonderful area for walking several different directions for great restaurants for all meals of the day. We didn’t have a beach view room which I don’t think there is. The hotel is a block from the beach. The promenade walk along the beach is beautiful.

This hotel is very conveniently located if you want to stroll along the Promenade or explore Old Nice, and the staff are very kind and helpful, however, the hotel is not particularly accessible. If you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this hotel, as you need to go up a few steps to get to the lift, and said lift doesn't have room for mobility aids. The shower is also very difficult to climb into with its high tub walls. That being said, if you do not have any mobility/access issues, then this is a great hotel and would be a good option!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is fantastic and highly walkable to the beach, Old Town Nice, local restaurants, and especially the shopping area. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. On our last night, we tried to get to sleep early ahead of an early train the next morning. However, there was some road construction right in front of the hotel that was very loud, making it hard to rest. Sara from the front desk was wonderful and kindly offered to transfer us to a different room. We decided to stay put since we didn’t want to move all of our luggage, and eventually, the construction work wrapped up. Still, we greatly appreciated Sara's thoughtful gesture. We will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Nice! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the middle of everything and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, attractions, and everything we wanted to experience in the city. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They truly went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. Between the amazing location and the outstanding service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nice and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Hotel was fine, nothing special. Did not like the dated brown carpet in the room, especially given the shower had apparently leaked and the carpet outside the bathroom was wet upon arrival. Poor design in shower with no door meant water on the floor was unavoidable and made worse by a slow drain which caused overflow onto the floor. On the bright side, staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. Especially loved that we left our bags with bellman when our room wasn’t ready and they were already in our room when we returned to check in.
