Excellent location to the event we were there for. Wonderful area for walking several different directions for great restaurants for all meals of the day. We didn’t have a beach view room which I don’t think there is. The hotel is a block from the beach. The promenade walk along the beach is beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay in Nice! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the middle of everything and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, attractions, and everything we wanted to experience in the city. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They truly went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. Between the amazing location and the outstanding service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nice and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Hotel was fine, nothing special. Did not like the dated brown carpet in the room, especially given the shower had apparently leaked and the carpet outside the bathroom was wet upon arrival. Poor design in shower with no door meant water on the floor was unavoidable and made worse by a slow drain which caused overflow onto the floor. On the bright side, staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. Especially loved that we left our bags with bellman when our room wasn’t ready and they were already in our room when we returned to check in.

Location is excellent. Hotel was just average and over priced in my opinion. Rooms need updating. The carpets are pretty filthy in our room which was room 105 a king suite. The shower didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom. We called to have it fixed but they attempted to fix it but it didn’t fix it so to shower we had to turn the water on and off to prevent the shower from pouring over the edge and spilling onto the bathroom floor. The location is great in terms of beach access, walking the promenade and restaurants. The beach has large rocks and quite the drop off to get into the water. Killer on bare feet! We enjoyed out stay in Nice. The hotel is ok if you aren’t looking for luxury. It’s cleanish and is in great location.

Clean modern room, beds were super comfy to sleep especially after a day of walking and getting the steps in. Staff were so lovely and helpful, would definitely come back to stay as location was superb! The only tiny thing that I suggest would be to have the dog area away from reception as first thing you see and can smell are them but that’s minor compared to the room and everything else

We had a fantastic stay! We reserved beach chairs with the front desk the evening before, then picked up tickets in the morning. (Chairs were $35 pp). Salah was the person assigned to us at the beach. He was friendly, kind and patient. I would recommend reserving seats!! We had an incredible day on the beach!! The hotel was in the perfect location to walking the shops, the markets and SO many restaurants!! I would definitely come back!

Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area. Room also nicely decorated However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third. Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay. Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation.

If you visit, be sure it’s not in the summer. They advertise air conditioning, but in reality, it’s a joke. Broken or barely functioning. No technicians available to “fix” it. No managers on site. Nobody who can make a decision. They even brought us a fan to our room without a blade cover! On a bright note, the location, beach, and breakfast are nice. Thank you Expedia for making things right. We got out of there and went to a much nicer place.
