Staying for Ascot - We arrived at this hotel on Monday lunch time and it was 32 degrees! Staff were waiting outside to give every one ice cold water and take our bags inside. Check in was smooth, we had room 126, with air conditioning and was very classy, the whole hotel had the WOW factor. The grounds were large and even though the hotel was full, no one was where anyone else want to be, it was very spacious was nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. I needed to borrow an iphone...

Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Great hotel with a welcoming feel, very comfy beds and the spa, pool and gym are excellent. My only problem was finding somewhere to park but there was a wedding and if you have limited mobility not brilliant as an old building. Very friendly staff.

We loved our stay at Legoland for our son’s birthday. Food was lovely and came out quickly.
Room was lovely, slightly dated but clean and plenty of room to run around! The treasure map and gift was a lovely surprise.

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. However, if you love modern luxury, you may be disappointed with the rooms since...

The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all did a good job. The aircon in the hotel was very effective which was great when it was so hot outside.
Plenty of parking, very convenient for access to attractions in the area, close to the river.
Very enjoyable visit.

What a fabulous hotel. I am happy to highly recommend. Friendly, professional staff. Clean and well equipped room and spotless shower room with lovely towels. The food was a very high standard with plenty of choice for everyone. The bar entertainment on Friday night was excellent. The pool and spa facilities were 'the icing on the cake' ..clean warm pool big enough to have a good swim. Sauna, steam room and hot tub were also excellent. I was so pleased with this hotel.
