"Loud air conditioning in room, couldn't be turned off"

"Very handy to Stansted airport, just a 5 min walk. Excellent cleanliness of the room. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast bar had plenty to offer, including making your own waffles. Fabolous hotel. I would stay here again."

"The hotel and room was very good until we went to eat at the restaurant. Food was really poor. Steak was as tough as it could be and not tasting too nice either with a token lettuce leaf which was comical . Chicken was over dry and like paper to be honest. Food was simply overpriced and poor in quality. "

"We stayed here overnight before an early flight. Our room was clean and comfortable. It only had a double bed which I had reserved, but we are use to queen size beds. The room had a couch and coffee table which was nice. We are in the restaurant for dinner, a plate of pasta and a burger.Both were tasty. We caught the airport shuttle bus to and from the hotel . It cost £4 each and delivered us to the door."

"I didn’t even last 30 mins in the hotel bedroom was dull and earey made me really anxious and then what arrived they then charged me. £50 ontop witch is a hidding fee "

"Room etc good. Reception staff on arrival uninterested. Had to wait for him to finish personal phone call. Didn't mention having to pay for parking when booking! "

"Lift was unresponsive and untrustworthy. Rooms small and very dated. Shower was cramped and grim, we did not feel comfortable using it. Fine for a stop off when travelling from Stansted but don’t expect much."
