Reception Staff in hotel extremely friendly very helpful and very knowledgeable on how the best way to travel around Paris , the room very good , bed extremly comfortable probably the best ever away from home !!!!!
This is our third stay at the Hôtel Etoile Saint Ferdinand Paris and we remain pleased with it. It's clean, easy to get to and now has air conditioning.. a big plus. The neighborhood has cafes and there is a new food market across the street.
The hotel was situated off the main road which was avoid the road noise but easy to find. The first impression walking in was brilliant, all very modern but with a warm welcoming feeling. The staff throughout the stay were brilliant and always wanting to help. Would book taxis, tables at restaurants and give advice on good places to eat. The room was lovely done with all the mod cons that you would need. The bed was very comfortable and nice little touches like leaving a postcard to send, with a welcome note and chocolates which were very nice.

The Hidden hotel enjoys a very quiet yet central location in Paris , in the 17th district close to the main boulevards and …More
Decent hotel very close to congres and certainly more intimate than the Hyatt where my conference was. Bath could do with some new grout but the rest of bathroom was very nice. Long thin room, view not great but felt modern and sizeable for Paris
A gem of a hotel with excellent staff that were attentive, kind and caring to our needs during our 7 day stay. Very good buffet breakfast available for a surcharge (continetal or Full). Located in quite residential area close to Pierre Metro station and Railway station. 15 minute walk to Champs Elysee.
Great experience for a two day stay and it would have been perfect except for a bad experience with the concierge. The hotel is centrally located and therefore is close to most of the major attraction in Paris. The Arc de Triompe is a 10 minute walk via the Av de la Grande Armee and the Palais des Congres de Paris just around the corner to name a few. All in all a great location for a first timer in Paris like me.

A desirable residential area, the 17th 'arrondissement' is north of Place de l'Etoile (the star-shaped roundabout at the Arc de Triomphe) with easy access to the suburbs of La Défense and Neuilly-sur-Seine. Parc Monceau is an oasis of English landscaping on its southern edge. The working-class neighbourhood of Les Batignolles lies to the east.
