I stayed here for a few nights and it was the people who made my stay special. Amir at reception helped me again and again. He greeted me with a smile every single time and he took care of every request with real kindness. You can tell he cares about his guests. Dua made my check-in quick and easy on my first day. Fahim from housekeeping was very kind and helped me carry my bags and get settled as soon as I arrived, before I even asked. And Waseem, who drives the shuttle, was always on time and always kind. This is a new hotel and I did not know what to expect. What I found was a team that treats every guest with care. I will gladly be back here next time I’m visiting.

I highly recommend this place — I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent. Although some of the food options at lunch and dinner were slightly similar, there was still a great variety to choose from, especially compared to the nearby places. The staff across the board were fantastic, from the receptionists and restaurant staff to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’d also recommend staying in the East Tower, next to the Conrad. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d be happy to stay at again.
