"Staff was helpful and nice"

"The kitchen-ette style living space, with a balcony with a sea view, was a lovely surprise. The receptionist, Martha, was lovely. Martha was very welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful. Martha helped us arrange a hire car for a couple of days, so we could travel to Treviso. Property is handy for the bus to both Punta Sabbioni, and Lido di Jesolo. Combined tickets for the bus and boat to Venice (using the boat from Punta Sabbioni) can be bought from the reception, and the ticket includes the taxi boats for Venice) - and are well worth doing. We did 2 days in Venice using those. We made a suggestion for having some child-free times (and a clock added) for the indoor swimming area on the top floor, as familes with kids can sometimes get carried away and lose track of time there - meaning couples may occasionally find it tricky to have some quiet time up there with the current set up. This was really the only downside. The staff in the breakfast room were lovely too. The hotel looks very modern inside, and is well presented, and looked after. The safe in the room was easy to use. As a couple, maybe wanting to exploremore of the Veneto area, we found this location useful as a base, and we would use again. Loved Il Teatro! "

"Very nice place close to beach, food and port with ferries to Venice. If your A/C is not working, call reception to turn it on. Breakfast has everything possible available and they will bring you your cappuccino to the table. English language TV channels are not available anywhere in Italy."

"Average stay. Staff was very good and helpful. The room had poor drainage (sink, bidet and shower). Hotel elevator is both small and slow. You could be waiting a while for it so you almost always take the stairs. Otherwise, it’s what we expected."

"The hotel is right on the beach and has a nice pool. It’s an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is immaculately clean but is very dated. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room which was at the very end of the corridor and our air conditioning didn’t work, it just blew hot air around a little. We couldn’t sleep as it was so hot and it ruined our holiday. We asked a couple of times to move room but they wouldn’t move us. They have a strange system with the sun lounger at the pool where they’re reserved but people don’t seem to arrive to sit on them all day so I’m the end we just sat on them anyway. The breakfast wasn’t great with all the food being left uncovered outside and flies landing on it plus the hot food wasn’t kept warm enough. "
