"The hotel is extremely well located, very close to the Sloterdijk station which is between Amsterdam airport and Amsterdam Central, making the journeys easy (trains run every 4-10 mins).
The hotel looks very modern, clean and the kitchen was well equipped for our short stay. Plenty of supermarkets around too. "

"Great Area to explore Amsterdam from. It was nice to NOT be in city center, but near tons of stuff. About a 30min walk to the mid west of the canal rings. 10 min bus ride to Amsterdam central train ( take the 48 not the 22, faster) bus is a 5 min walk from hotel and there are blocks of stores & eateries there.
Depending when you go, you will pay way less for an apt type room then a tiny one on the canals.

"We had a perfect stay at the Met hotel. The rooms were spotless with great amenities, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. It is a bit far out from the city centre, but we actually really enjoyed getting the tram or the metro into the centre each morning - there's a station very close to the hotel. If we come back to Amsterdam we will definitely be returning here :) "
