Good communication from the hotel prior to my visit. Staff were friendly. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. We appreciated the coffee maker as well as the hot pot in the room. Location was great for accessing the central city.

Almost perfect location! Few minutes from Amsterdam Centraal and next to multiple tram lines. Great and helpful staff. Comfortable room with good sized bathroom. The only thing I would add is a place or platform to put my luggage so it can be opened off the floor (maybe modifying the built-in desk or removing the desk drawer unit). Would definitely stay here again!

Very well located hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean & comfy enough. My only complaint is that I could hear everything in my room: people coming out of the elevator, talking loudly, and slamming their doors closed throughout the night. Poor sound insulation in the room made for poor nights of sleep.

This was a great hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, especially the manager. There are nice little touches like free coffee and water in the reception area. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable (maybe some firmer pillows would be nice). Great breakfast selection too. Lastly, it’s in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is tiny but typical, I think, of European hotel rooms. The restaurant onsite served breakfast and lunch, and our breakfast buffet was included. Very fullsome with multiple bread options, cereals, two style of eggs, bacon and sausage and pancakes. The hotel is very well situated. Multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk either way. 6-7 minute walk to the Central Station. If you are a walker, you can walk to most of the museums and other sites in about 20 minutes. If not, ubers and taxis are plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the front office staff were sweet to store our luggage. They even helped us weigh our luggage before we flew out. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft.

Nice, quiet room. Location in the city is perfect for getting to sites. Air conditioning was nice to have. Breakfast was convenient to have on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful with making suggestions. A luggage rack in the room would be helpful instead of 2 chairs.

The room I had, the bathroom was very tiny which I didn’t have any issues since I’m 5’ and 125 lbs. However, opening to reach to the toilet was very narrow. The corner of shower booth to the corner of vanity counter was only 15” to reach to toilet, and toilet is installed in 18” wide space, so I couldn’t imagine big people can even use toilet in his/her room. Otherwise, staff was very nice, breakfast was good, and location was very convenient!

The rooms are super small - barely enough room for 2 people. Guess that's to be expected in Amsterdam. May or may not stay here again should we return. The hotel is in a fantastic location though.
