"The room was very clean. I enjoyed the in room haram audio and it sounds really great. Wonderful housekeeping and were really kind. Very easy access to haram and helped my family of 4 during the hot sun. The lobby staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Hady at the lobby was very kind and helpful. There were many shopping options nearby."

"The best thing about the hotel was it’s right next to the Haram and the worst thing was that they don’t allow the cars to come to pick you up at the drop off area almost cost me my flight trying to get my car in to do the luggage load up"
