It started off at check-in when the gentleman at the front desk informed me I would have to pay 15 JD extra a day because I had a guest checking in with me. He told me that there was only one person supposed to be on the reservation and if I want gas that's going to stay over 15 minutes. I need to pay 15 JD a day. The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying!
