Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Balcones Al Mar?
The best time to go to Balcones Al Mar is during the dry season, which runs from November to May, offering warm, sunny days superb for enjoying the beaches and outdoor activities.

During these months, you'll experience consistent sunshine and comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 28°C to 32°C. This period avoids the humidity and heavier rainfall of the wet season, ensuring your plans aren't interrupted by tropical downpours. It's ideal for those looking to maximise their time by the sea and explore the region's natural beauty.

For those planning a romantic escape, visiting between late November and early February combines excellent weather with a slightly less crowded experience compared to the peak holiday weeks around Christmas and New Year. This allows for more intimate dining experiences and undisturbed moments on the more secluded beaches.

If you're a family travelling with school-aged children, the Easter holidays (typically March or April) offer a fantastic opportunity. The weather remains superb, and while it can be a bit busier, many hotels and resorts offer special activities and entertainment tailored for families during this period.
