The people are very friendly, good price and very good location..minutes to el zocalo, an Oxxo right next door open all night. Didn't like the fact that the pool was not open. Still dealing with the affects of Huracan Otis.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to walk to nearby in Acapulco but some of the streets were a mess and was covered in rubbish, litter, and spillages. The hotel itself looked not as good as the photos on the Expedia hotel listing. The metal fences sounded the hotel were corroded and rusty. The bedroom ceiling was covered in black mould. The bathroom sink was covered in mold behind the taps. The toilet, the shower and the sink looked old. The shower head was corroded and rusty and it looked as though it had not been cleaned or maintained in years. There was only plug socket to charge your phone. The view from the bathroom faced a brick wall with heat pumps or commercial fan units between the hotel room and another hotel room across from me. The curling fan was not wired up correctly and did not function. The air conditioning unit looked old and the remote control for the air conditioning unit had a damaged LCD display. The TV did work but it had a circle spot on it where something had clearly damaged the TV. The hotel room smelt bad sometimes and the smell would only disappear after using the conditioning.

Recibes lo que pagas, ya que es un hotel económico, hay bastantes tiendas al rededor, el hotel es como se muestra en las imágenes pero descuidado, las albercas siempre tienen el agua sucia y turbia, el Internet es de muy poco alcance, la tele no sirve solo esta de adorno, las toallas solo las cambian cada 2 dias, las sábanas no las cambian, y creo que el hotel seria bueno si no estuviera tan descuidado, lo único bueno es que el de recepción es muy amable y te ayuda en lo que puede

La habitación con el lavamanos tapado,el personal muy atento,un OXXO a un lado del hotel, estacionamiento adecuado,pero la reja del mismo permanece abierta toda la noche y mi habitación aparte de que no le servía el seguro estaba cerca de la reja,no tenía ningún tipo de seguridad, cualquiera que pasara por la calle podía entrar al hotel y nadie se da cuanta,yo casi ni dormía por estar al pendiente, muy peligroso en verdad,aún así el hotel me gustó

No encontramos el hotel, llamé por telefono para que nos orientaran donde estaba, alguna referencia. Siempre contestaba un extranjero. El taxista preguntó por alguna referencia y no supieron decir nada solo repetían la dirección. y el último que nos contestó dijo Oxxo , Oxxos hay en cada esquina. En el mapa le marcaba a más de una hora de distancia, la verdad tanto al taxista que es de Acapulco como a nosotros nos dió mala espina. nos dijo que eran rumbos muy peligrosos, y no llegamos.

No me informaron que para llegar al Hotel, tenía que subir escaleras. Al subir, en la entrada está la alberca, la cual estaba muy sucia. A un lado de la pared, encontramos cucarachas muertas patas arriba, la imagen del hotel no corresponde con las fotos de promoción, parecía una vecindad muy descuidada. Decidimos no llegar a la recepción. Aún así, me cobraron la estancia de tres días. Realmente TERRIBLE
