Great place to stay.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, first time in Saudi Arabia, they made me feel at home, I stayed from December 23rd through the 26th in room 519. Amazing view, the best fine dining I’ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast and dinner buffets were more than amazing, I really enjoyed the spa experience as well. Everyone there made me feel valued and appreciated. I will be returning within the next couple of days.

Perfect nice hotel perfect location

Great hotel built into a shopping mall. The room was roomy, service was very good and the location was very convenient for me, although a good 10-15 minutes away from popular stops like the corniche. There's a nice coffee shop right in the hotel and you can walk right to a huge hyper market in the mall which is next door. Nice visit, I would stay again.

The front office staff provided a warm welcome and ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process. A special note of appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for their meticulous work. I was genuinely impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the public areas to my room. A particular thank you to Manish, whose attention to detail and dedication were truly outstanding. The combination of a well-maintained property, a strategic location, and a dedicated, professional staff makes the First Grand Hotel Dammam a true gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
