"We enjoyed our stay here and found the staff very friendly. They allowed us to leave our bags for the day while we explored London. (Wanted 15 pounds to check in early - I know this is standard, but the room was ready, so a little disappointing that they wouldn’t do it as a courtesy). Still, I know it’s just their policy, no hard feelings. Gym was adequately equipped, beds were comfortable. The shuttle is an absolute rip off!! About $30 CAD for a sweaty, packed milk run (6.90 pounds each!!). There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel - take the U3 that comes every 10-15 minutes for less than 2 pounds. We took the public bus back and left before ppl waiting for the shuttle. You take the train to whatever terminal - fastest, cheapest and nicest. You’re welcome! 😉 "

"The room was modern and very clean. Easy to get to. It is located at terminal 4 and the bus to terminal 2 stopped right outside the front door. Front desk was very helpful Loved the restaurant,that’s shared with the adjacent Hotel. "

Room with the interesting eastern view of the Shard and Waterloo station.(optional) Breakfast was very good, all areas covered. Excellent location to Westminister bridge and the Waterloo train and underground. Staff very professional, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "
