Staff service was excellent. Good was amazing. Some noise at night due to creeky floorboards above. Room was lovely with nice touches eg water and biscuits.

A great room in a fantastic location. Absolutely superb service by all the staff that we came across. We were, however, disappointed by the truncation of the menu - no beef/venison on the main menu - and we had been so looking forward to trying both. The staff told us that this was because the hotel was about to shut down for the winter. Such was the rest of our experience during this stay, we will be back next year, hopefully with beef and venison restored to the menu.

We had a lovey mini break, the place was perfect for our hiking plans around the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, really nice Cosey bar with a big fire.

Beautiful location. Great view from bedroom, and restaurant. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good, and friendly helpful manager.

Nice hotel to stay in - Lovely sea view room and clean and modern - Building work going on at the moment which did not affect our stay but will look better when finished- One main thing they need to do is sort out the signage for the hotel - Letters missing and main sign at front in a very poor state of repair - First appearances count - nice friendly staff

Staff were amazing, great facilities. Food lovely. Liked the fact they had jugs of fresh water located at the front entrance and within relaxation room unlike most hotels who would push a sale on bottled water. Relaxed atmosphere great rooms with arran aromatic after the rain toiletries.. Bliss 💕

Perfect location for the night before taking on N3P starting with Ben Nevis. Check in was quick and easy with very friendly / helpful and professional owner / staff. Rooms were spacious and well equipped as were the toilets / showers. Kitchen and lounge were likewise. Highly recommended.

Arrive early to find ski lifts were closed. We had a lovely breakfast and were given our rooms early. Staff were all very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely dinner just next to the bar area which had a very friendly , cosy atmosphere. Would definitely stay again. Deluxe rooms well worth the extra cost.

Delightful surprise on our way to Iona. Really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

Arrived at the hotel ready for our Ben Nevis walk, which it is ideally suited. Very friendly staff from the moment we walked in and for the whole stay. Everywhere was modern and airy. Our room was very spacious and smart. Food was great (especially the burger) and a good breakfast too.

This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel is a short walk from Fort William, providing access to great food and drink venues. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. It's a pet friendly hotel and dogs are made to feel very welcome. Very good facilities. Had to book it at the final hour and as a last resort but turned out to be one of the best hotels booked so far. The place was fantastic and very comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone looking to spend some time in and around Glencoe.

The hotel and staff are very nice and helpful, the spa room is very good, especially the out door hot tub, it's an experience that I would recommend to everyone, the breakfast is very good
