Easy access to airport terminal.

Highly recommend this above all others if staying in Long Melford. The two superb rooms are five star. We had a wonderful stay and a great breakfast.

Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern...

The hotel as a whole and the location was great for our needs. The decor is fantastic and there is clearly no expense spared. Great value for money and breakfast was top draw. It is of very high standard and the staff couldn't have been anymore friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Very nice stay, clean tidy and very nice surrounds

The staff could not have done more, the food was amazing, the whole place was spotlessly clean, fridge in the room etc. The shower was the only very minor thing that let it down. We prefer a hand held one to a rose from the top… personal choice. We will certainly revisit when in the area. Great value… the pub/restaurant was LOVELY… a lot of thought has obviously gone into making it such a comfortable place to be. All the tables were spaced out well, with comfortable chairs…. The staffing levels...

This is a great Hotel in this part of England. Very easy to enjoy the slow pace , great bar and good food. Quiet and within easy reach of main roads. Highly Reicommended.

This hotel is very good. It is tucked in the outskirts of Ware. The bedroom (in the attached block) was fairly small (was used as a training centre, so no need for large accommodation) but very comfortable, in fact the best nights sleep in a hotel for some time. I don’t have an evening meal here, but the breakfast was very nice, and included in the cost. Overall, highly recommend- I will stay here by choice when I next visit the area.

This was a last-minute getaway for me and my wife. We have four young kids and two older ones, and the youngest had been poorly, so we weren’t going to go. But we found this property and decided to book for one night. Although it was a little further than I would usually like for a one-night stay, it was absolutely worth it. The hotel was fantastic for the price. Staff were all really helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t empty the bath as there was no plug release! Also the hairdryers need replacing. They are the old fashioned ones fixed into the drawer and it only worked for about 30 seconds before cutting out. Free and ample parking.
