"Met by friendly receptionist sunday. Loads parking Clean and comfy rooms Lots more than you would expect. Diner ok. Handy marks and spencer."

"The recently refurbished (I understand) room was a generous size, and bed was enormous and comfortable. The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight. "

"The hotel was lovely but the swimming pool was small and there were children splashing around the who time so not very relaxing. The waitresses for the meals are not very efficient. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken. At breakfast, the food was not replenished and it was difficult to find someone to take orders from the kitchen."

"Stayed at your hotel for the first time so we could visit friends & family in the area. We had a lovely stay and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Will definately stay with you again in the future."

"Arrived to be greeted by a group standing in the front entrance smoking weed. No one from the hotel asked them to simple move a few meters so all areivedcdidnt have to walk through it. Was woken up by dealing going on at 02:15am outside my door. There meals overall are not cheap, but the cheapest option at my point of stay was roughly £12 - but they then charge you £7 to bring it 1 floor which isn’t really 4* service. £6 to park your car a day and no guarantee of a space. The staff were always polite - but that only masks the reality here on somewhere more 2* with 4* prices "
