"It was a great place to stay with free parking , in house pub , gym ( requires extra payment), swimming pool( also requires payment over the room charges). Rooms were big, comfortable, with comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, TV , and a great shower. All in all if you are not looking for extreme refinement it is a great place to stay"

"Clean room. Friendly and professional staff. Didn’t use the laundry or pool facilities. Location is excellent and minutes from the centre of Cirencester. Good value for money. Would recommend and plan to stay again."

"Fabulous inn situated on a gorgeous location. The staff were so helpful and friendly and it was the perfect start to our week travelling around the Cotswolds. Spotlessly clean and delicious food served in the restaurant for dinner and at breakfast. We will definitely book a return visit and recommend to others."

"Excellent location, high quality, dog friendly hotel with great dining facilities. Nice extra touches were the pantries, boot cleaners after muddy walks, and outside fire pits for cooler evenings."
Old Swan & Minster Mill Hotel

"The room was clean, the bedside light kept blowing but they worked hard to rectify it every time. I did get bitten a lot which has never happened to me before but the cause was a mystery because my husband did not get bitten at all. The roman blinds in the room let it down as did the net curtains which were hung the wrong way on the windows so the strings were an eyesore. The coffee and tea making facilities were excellent. The bathroom needed more shelving. The location was amazing and an excellent place to use as a base for sight seeing further afield. We spent 3 nights and 2 days there and could have stayed longer. They employ some amazing staff. Enormous credit to them ."
