Compare and book 4 Star hotels in Madura Island, East Java

"Got interconnecting King & Deluxe Rooms for my family. Deserving of a 5star for the price point. Rooms and toilets were modern and clean, beds/pillows comfortable, just 10mins drive from the big Tunjungan Mall, Service staff attentive and polite. They went out of their way to search up massage parlours that we can go to since it is not available at hotel. Breakfast spread was good too. Our only grouse is that almost the whole bathroom gets wet due to the open concept shower area. Will certainly...

"Service is excellent. Being upgraded to bigger room. The only issue is the area is very noisy. We also can hear banging from the top floor which I believe is a dismantling of event equipment. Other than that service is excellent and great location. "

"It's close to Siloam Hospital. Near city centre. Food options are great. Location-wise great. Pool and gym are small. Pool have no dress code, I saw a kid swimming with no clothes, kinda off putting. Cleanliness generally ok/acceptable but definitely could have been better."

"Had a one night stay so we didn’t get to use much of the amenities. But I got to say the bed was really comfortable. There was also a good spread for breakfast. Staff were helpful especially the traffic usher who always helped us to cross the road across to Circle K! Location was 5 mins away from the Gubeng Railway station so we managed to walk there to catch our 9am train. "

"Room was ok and so far all except safety box worked well. Corridors on 7th floor have plenty water leak marks on ceilings, definitely need some fixings. Rooms have all in one shower gel in shower but no soaps or anything else apart from toothbrushes kits. Breakfast could have been better no continental choices apart from two type of fruits and cereals. Bit disappointing for 4 star hotel to have mini salad bar and asian dishes only "

"Bit far from the airport but if traveling early morning or late night then its nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was nice and felt luxerious. Cant complain at all. Also couldnt here tge other guests either. "

"Worn out old towels Hardly any water pressure in the shower No hand towels Two single beds joined together and sold as King bed ... Stained couch upholstery ... This hotel has seen better days. The only redeeming point is the breakfast, pool and the property grounds."

"We didn't get the towel if we didn't ask for it. The hair shampoo was empty at the bath. The check out time took a long time. Everything else was nice."
