Really great helpful staff dealing brilliantly in difficult situations in COVID-19. Well organised e.g. breakfast and bar. Social distancing possible with only one family in lifts at a time,etc. Reception desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms fairly clean. Some dated looking bits e.g. carpet stains but fine for the price.

Excellent stay good sized room very friendly staff easy parking on site. Special mention for the complimentary Bentley City tour the driver was absolutely brilliant

We recently stayed for two nights at The Cliffe Hotel in Lowestoft and were very pleased with our experience. The Hotel staff were warm and very welcoming. The food was fantastic, apart from small portions. I had fish and chips was beautiful but I had 14 chips😩

It was a pleasant stay. The staff members were helpful ,polite and well behaved. The breakfast was excellent.

All the little additions that make a great b&b are considered and make the stay special. The breakfast is good value and the service is really attentive and aimed to give you a great experience. The information they provide is also helpful but they could do with up dating some of the restaurant reccomendations which were in some cases overly optimistic in the presentation! Fab stay would thoroughly reccomend.

The room was huge and bed very comfortable, and the pub itself had great food. Really nice breakfast too. You can go for nice walks from the door too.

The staff definitely had the wow factor, we were treated like royalty and my kids were made to feel really special. Good gluten free selection at breakfast.

Arrived at the Shrewsbury after a very long journey. Was greeted by sandie who was friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. She showed us to room which was very well equipped and extremely clean. We had the four poster suite which was beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic served by Tony who was always very friendly and always found time for a chat offering a wide range which filled us up till the evening. We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. Loved everything about the hotel, outside cabin and spa. Lovely relaxing time with a friend for the weekend. Very clean. Lovely staff and amazing sunday dinner. My only annoyance was my friend forgot her toothbrush and they charged us £2 for one. I feel a complimentary toothbrush would not have affected their bottom line considering how much we spent at the property. But otherwise a beautiful venue with great staff and a beautiful luxurious spa.

This hotel was lovely. Welcoming staff The room was clean the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend getting a room at the front if you have children it might be a bit noisy early hours of the morning.
