We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car. "A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems."

"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "
