Only feedback, on the lifts in the morning it’s very difficult to get in one, the lifts open for a very short amount of time before closing. Prices for drinks little steep at the pool."

"Getting a little tired but the staff are attentive and Blacksmiths next door great vibe and food good. Can’t step straight onto the Marina but it’s a short walk before hitting restaurants and grocery store. Can’t easily cross to other side of marina at this end. Was a clean and comfortable affordable stay. "

"The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed. "Pros: You have amenities and good shops nearby. Really near the airport (terminal 3) This property seems to be like a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star as things are quite old and some parts are dirty. The staff are strict and doesn’t understand much English. For example we asked if they had a freezer and they sent us a fridge. They wouldn’t allow us to use their microwave so we had to throw away a lot of food. It was an okay stay and did the job but it’s not like other 4 star hotels e.g...

"Devina the receptionist is gentle, helpful and courteous with a smile all the time. Stanley the bell boy is fluent in English, exceptional helpful. We witnessed the worse storm forb75 years. All public transportation closed down. No taxi and uber price got sky high. Stanley helped to make phone calls (which I don't have a local Sim). Made enquiries and help us sort out the problems.
