Before I start, I’ve booked and stayed in loads of hotels through Expedia and this is my first, dissatisfying review.
We booked a one bed suit. When we were checking in, they said we booked a Deluxe room. After showing him my booking details.
He said he was “upgrading us” when we got to the room. It was dark , the carpet was dusty and the noise was unmatched!!
I have asthma, after 3 hours in the room , I was coughing, someone called from the reception to ask if we were happy with the room or if we need anything. Not knowing what the rest of the rooms looked like, I was speechless, I asked for towels.
Long story short.
If you have breathing problems. Don’t stay here. Paid a lot of money for the room just to get sick. So so disappointed. Some of the stuff were rude, during baggage collection.
