One of the room's bathroom was dirty. Also, how come there is no Valet parking? we're in 26! Other than that the hotel was fine. Over all, it's a good and comfy hotel as well as in a quite area.

Gaurav from their team was exceptional. Not only welcoming with smile, but was helpful through out the check in process. More than the hotel, it is the people that makes the difference. Will certainly come back to this hotel again.

Great staff super friendly and helpful! Room service is pretty good too! Great location from airport and Dubai mall. The only issue id raise is the cleanliness - rooms were okay cleaned still dusty and poorly vacuumed - bathroom could be cleaned more but nothing to pressing .
