"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Room was not as clean as could be. Crumbs / debris on floor, hard and lint on bed & pillows, debris in sink. Given the current covid situation I expect better cleaning Also had severe leak from A/C unit which dripped loudly all night"

"I stayed here for 11 nights and . Apartment was good and clean. This are couple of challenges. 1) Property contact number on hotels.com need to update as it is invalid number.Some how I found property number from google and able to connect. Property is not maintained well. No one cleans property outside. Always trash within lobby and surrounding. Elevators are not working from months that is what I heard. "
