"It was a great stay, It feels like home away from home. You have everything you need. It's almost perfect. We are so happy and had a good sleep. Thank you for the Sparkling wine, my niece enjoyed it. 👍👍 I can't have it, I have allergies with alcohol. Our room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Well recommended. I will surely be back whenever I get back to Ottawa. Two thumbs up for reStays Hotel."

"Never stayed at a hotel without traditional "check in" but the arrival package provided prior was perfect and easy enough to follow. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and a few extras! Gym was clean and good range of equipment. Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal so be warned if that's what you want. Great stay overall and will come again. "

"The food at the restaurant (cocote) was really good. I had the duck and veggies. The hotel is situated walking distance of all the major attractions. The city bus tour is recommended, very informative and a great way to take in OTTAWA."

"Didn’t like the valet parking, as they didn’t disclose the fact that they damaged the vehicle while parking it. They were too busy and very careless with our vehicle. The rest of the stay was good, except for the long check in due to protesters "

"Beautiful hotel and area. Unfortunately our truck would not fit in the unground parking so we had to park on the road and pay extra for parking. Not a huge deal. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)"

"The room was clean - but not well kept. There are 2 lights in the bathroom - one one was working. The vanity mirror would not stay up - I had to bend down to 4' to apply make up. Appreciate the small fridge in the room as requested. T.Y. "
