I love that the property is not far from great spot for seeing tourist venues. There was also lots of restaurants around very safe in the area. The hotel is under construction when we were there and it needs Work bathrooms are very small. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay focus. Staff were very welcoming and helped us a lot looking for directions.

The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the concierge are all really great. Friendly, helpful and generally making guests feel taken care of. The hard product, so to speak, the building itself, is showing signs of wear and tear and might need an upgrade.

I liked how it was a quick check in and the extra blanket we needed was delivered without any issues. The only thing they need to improve is the coffee in the room. I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock and they offer Nespresso which is so good. We ended up buying coffee outside of the hotel .
