Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out. "This is my third stay at the Indigo and it did not disappoint. My daughter is a U.S. student at Durham and so we love the proximity to her college and the town. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the property is clean. The bar and restaurant are both good as is the cafe in the lobby. The Indigo is my hotel of choice when in Durham and I highly recommend it!"
