8/10 Good
"Slaley is a grand hotel, outdated in parts, but don't let this put you off. Check in was quick, room spacious and clean. Nice view over looking the driveway. Bars were good and not to expensive. Breakfast was ok,food was fine, but kept running bout. lots of guests and the coffee machines kept running out aswell. Leisure facilities were good, could do with more loungers, but its finding places to put them. Overall had a good might away. Would stay again"

8/10 Good
"Pleasant staff, straightforward check-in and easy to find off A1. Had family room, it was fine but very small. Thankfully just one night stay. I quite liked separate toilet so people could use sink if someone on loo. Decent mattress but hot in room, couldn't leave window open because of traffic noise. Very good value and breakfast was nice."
