"Great, central location but not in the cathedral grounds. Overall a very large one bedroomed flat on the second floor of a modern block of 12 flats. Well equipped kitchen. Interior fairly ordinary and not particularly comfortable. Carpet marked or stained in many places. Bed comfortable and bathroom modern with standard fittings. Nice view from the rear window. Sadly the outlook from the small balcony is just the other flats."
