Staff very helpful and friendly, slept very well, parking very good has a bar open all the time for residents

Highly recommend this above all others if staying in Long Melford. The two superb rooms are five star. We had a wonderful stay and a great breakfast.

Beautiful setting, excellent facilities and attentive and friends staff. Couldn't ask for more!

The hotel as a whole and the location was great for our needs. The decor is fantastic and there is clearly no expense spared. Great value for money and breakfast was top draw. It is of very high standard and the staff couldn't have been anymore friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

One of the most stunning hotels in the UK that I have ever stayed in. Impeccable service.

Great place. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast!

Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, lovely hotel excellent restaurant.

We battled the snow for a stay here and were so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful with all the wooden beams and real log fires and our bedroom was a really good size. Both dinner and breakfast were yummy and my husband even had a treatment in the spa which he enjoyed. My only criticism would be the lack of music. The hotel was fantastic for the price. Staff were all really helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t empty the bath as there was no plug release! Also the hairdryers need replacing. They are the old fashioned ones fixed into the drawer and it only worked for about 30 seconds before cutting out. Free and ample parking.

But we found this property and decided to book for one night. Although it was a little further than I would usually like for a one-night stay, it was absolutely worth it. Shannon has done an amazing job with the place — the pictures really don’t do it justice. The bed was super comfy, and the room was so spacious. It had everything you...

Easy access to airport terminal.

Lovely venue, very professional and helpful staff, food high standard, rooms spacious and shower bathroom high standard.

Great room And very good food

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious!!! 2nd time of saying and would stay again.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room. Staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern...
