"Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. "

"Stayed here to attend a family do and this was the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The owners made you feel welcome and made you feel like a family friend than a stranger.
