Sudbury Rowing Club hold their annual Regatta on Friars Meadow on the first Saturday of August each year.
Last weekend I decided to get up a bit earlier than usual and go down to the River Stour which runs through Sudbury. The sunrise wasn't really doing anything for me and then this rowing boat came by crewed by members of the Sudbury Rowing Club. It's now the header shot on their website. If anyone is interested in rowing they host a regatta on the river on the first Saturday in August every year, one of the best events in the town calendar and well worth a visit.
