"The rooms are a bit dated but are clean all the staff are great from reception to waiting on staff to bar staff. And the entertainment in the talk of the coast is fantastic."

"Had a lovely stay. Room was very spacious with a lovely sea view and extremely clean. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice and speedy service. Reception staff extremely polite & helpful aswell as the evening entertainment staff. Very friendly, funny & polite. Really enjoyed the acts that were on."

"Very dirty premises. Carpets threadbare. Bathroom door had to be forced to open it. Black mould inside shower. Rubbish on floor inside lift. Felt like we didn't want to touch anything. Photos do not accurately reflect the condition of the premises. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. We decided to leave after 10 minutes inside the building, never had to do that before and we have stayed in lots of places."

"The location is excellent it is situated in the middle of everything, the staff at the hotel are so helpful, the entertainment in the basement bar was fantastic he involved everyone in the audience, the room was clean but dated same as the rest of the hotel, the breakfast was excellent value for money, we would definitely stay there again."
