    "Hotel is conveniently located, it is stunning from the moment you walk in the front door. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautifully themed. We had a room with 2 large double beds which were very comfortable. The room was an excellent size with everything we needed and more. Its stunning, clean, lots of towels, robes, mini fridge, tea making facilities and a lovely choice of toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The communal shower was filthy, there was black mould on the walls, the beds were broken and very uncomfortable, the “staff” didn’t seam to be bothered that we were there and only saw him for check in and that was it.
