Very spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed.

Does the job. Clean room. Nice staff. Good bed. Noisy dogs next door was the only issue, but they quietened down into the night.

A quiet hotel, outside the man town, but easily accessible by walking, bus or taxi. Family run hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff, made sure everything was good, even over the Hogmanay/New Year period. Kept us informed of staff availability. Great spread at breakfast. Room very clean with great bathroom. Lots to see in Treviso town itself. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Arrived at the airport to be picked up by hotel driver and taken to wrong hotel. Asked at reception what was going on and was told the best western was being worked on so they have put me in a "better" hotel Crowne plaza. I was very pleased and so was my wife free breakfast for the holiday thrown in as well. Place was lovely staff were lovely would defo stay there again. Thankyou Expedia for sorting it out before me turning up first. No messing no hassle

Hotels in a great location with close transport links to venice city, and only 10 minutes walk to lido beach. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room was very comortable, good selection on breakfast. At the top of the hotel there is a triple deck roof terrace with fantastic views. I would highly recommend.

We booked El Avit to avoid Venice prices after reading Trip Advisor reviews. Reception staff were most helpful in advising us and issuing bus and boat tickets. Buffet breakfast was generous and they didn't rush you out if you came down late. Room very comfortable, quiet and thoroughly cleaned every day. Note from previous comments - air conditioning turns itself off if you open the windows and do not disturb card is in the folder in the bedroom. All together an excellent week.

Just returned back yesterday and we are extremely pleased with our Staycity apartment, we were one of the first guests to arrive as hotel officially opened a day before our arrival. We had a one bed room apartment and everything provided was of good standard. The self catering kitchen was well equipped, in addition the apartment had good size LCD TV with builtin Netflix, iron with ironing board, hair dryer and a locker. The shower was excellent and found no problems at all with hot water, AC etc...

Lovely hotel on the lido, easy to get to and from with the regular bus for the water buses to the centre of Venice. Room was quiet and big enough with a view of the beach ⛱️ staftt were friendly and polite. The breakfast for us was enough, standard continental affair.

So good, I wanted to pack up and leave London!

The room was fantastic with an air conditioner and we could adjust the temperature to our liking. There is a shuttle bus service but is only seasonal, which was a bit disappointing. Would definitely recommend.

This was our third visit to The Riviera and our reasons for returning was the excellent service and accommodation previously provided. On this occasion we discovered that our booking didn't include a room with a balcony - important for my wife's need for easily accessible fresh air. After making our concerns known the Manager Piero Padovar make a phone call to me in the hotel and said that we could move room the next night - at a very reasonable additional charge. A lovely hotel in a great location. Excellent staff, incredibly clean and great restaurant. As others have said, do not be put off by the outside look of the hotel, you will definitely miss something by not going inside. Rooms are really quiet, no sound travels from other rooms. Low hotel tax, facility to buy bus tickets from reception and good sources of information available from staff and maps etc. Restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. We stayed for 6 nights and found this hotel just perfect for our needs. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and cheerful as well as helpful and efficient. I would especially mention the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast room each morning - always smiling and welcoming. Our room was tastefully furnished with a good sized bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities - unusual in Italy I think but very welcome.
