"I thought the staff was extremely friendly and helped us with any requests. They even ordered us multiple cabs which was a big help. The lobby was quiet and clean. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We got back to the hotel late one night (4am) and they locked the hotel for safety reasons but opened it for us quickly. "This property is kind of a hidden gem. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is really amazing: everyone in the team is really committed to a great customer service. I confess that the concierge being on the 3rd floor was a bit complicated. However the staff and comfort of the property made a difference; and basically you forget this little inconvenience. "

"The hotel is located in a convenient place, near by public transportation, if you are in a good shape you can also walk and it is outside the ZTL zone if you are renting a car. Breakfast was really good, we received wine as a welcome and the room was clean, beds confortable and with street view. The only issue the elevator broke the day we left and we had to carry our bags from the 4th floor. "
