"Plug socket sparked and started crackling so took phone of charge. Tried to turn shower on and electrics tripped and hasn’t worked since 23.00. Main light works so assuming it’s not connected to the rooms electrics since: Tv, kettle, chargers, lamps, shower and extension leads won’t work at all. Showers won’t work and no hot water. Reception man said there was fire day before so getting things back and running. Didn’t find out until we checked in and no prior messages or emails indicating this. Absolutely horrendous time here."

"Small room, not centrally located but on good bus line, 15 minute bus ride to downtown. Nice staff. Shower device didn't function properly. No shelf for soap."
