"Great location. Room was clean, but on the small side. Interesting bathroom, but was clean and worked fine. Staff was helpful. They stored bags for me until I could check in. There was a restaurant and bar. It looked ok, but I neither ate nor drank there, too many options near by. The lobby was pretty drab. The entrance was almost unnoticeable. Good value considering the location "

"Best shower we had on the whole trip! I'd give it 5 stars just for that, but it's also right in the middle of the action on the royal mile, and seems to be competently run. One warning, though: It looks super close to the train station on the map, but there are a couple hundred stairs between here and there. Save yourself and pay £10 for a taxi, or at least take a bus. "

"The property was well kept for the most part. Very convenient to bus lines to Old Town. Area seemed safe to walk around -residential. Water pressure in shower was very light. Not enough to wash long hair. But beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. "
