"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"Hotel was very nice and the staff were really nice too. The lock on our door worked but was stiff. I personally found the bed in room 108 uncomfortable and the room was cold, despite turning the heating up. Other than this it was good. "

"It was okay for a night and thankfully I was in my own as there was so little space. I booked a room with a window. This was a large sealed fixed pane that appeared to look into the side of a small office block. The curtains were good at keeping out the light but in the daytime (but, although empty while I was there) anyone in the windows opposite could have looked straight into my room and the bed was beside the window. I had to turn sideways to go between the bottom of the bed and the wall....

"It was an overnight stay for catching an early morning flight from the City Airport nearby. Everything at the hotel went smoothly. There is currently no pedestrian access from the Custom House station, which is not an issue with the hotel itself. Just be aware if you plan to arrive by train."
