"This hotel has been renovated and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lova on the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The dining room wasn’t open as that part of the hotel is still being renovated but will be ready soon. The rates were very favorable and I would not hesitate to stay there again."

Skirting boards around the window, the bin in bathroom everytime you went to put your foot on the peddle the bin toppled ovet so i had to use my hands. First maids service They didnt top up coffee and tea. They kindly put almond milk in our room but failed to put dairy milks which i did say it was only 1 of us who were dairy free. "Location was prefect walking distance to everything and lovely being next to the river with view of boats. Is on main road but the car park gives it distance so no noise. Staff were lovely especially the young bubbly lady who serviced us at breakfast who was very attentive. Room was a brilliant size double bed with 2 single bed we were very comfortable. No fridge was a bit of a let down and the room could use a good deep clean I.e. dust around the pipes in the bathroom. They let use the car park...

"My daughter and I spent a weekend at the Flackley Ash hotel and had a wonderful time. The food was very good and there is a decent pool and gym there. The best thing though are the staff they are friendly efficient and just make the experience so much better. "

"Good value for money for a 1 night stay and waking up in the morning with an incredible sea view. The bed is super comfy and the room with a bay window is spacious. The hotel is old but the staff are very friendly and always keen to help. Parking right outside the buildingis free between 6pm and 8am - ideal for a business overnight. It is a beautiful town for an afternoon stroll. "
