Booked an accessible room that had a wet room - the shower drain blocked causing water to make most of the bathroom floor wet, but maintenance were sent straight away and they were able to resolve this. Main bed was comfy but very creaky with any slight move. Sofa bed mattress wasn’t great but our daughter coped for 1 night. Had food in the hotel - service was so slow but the food was...

Lovely selection of teas and coffees and even biscuits and a chocolate. Good Wi-Fi reception. Good water pressure in the shower. Everything was perfect. We’ll definitely stay again. "

"Comfy and spacious room even though it was on the 3rd floor, with no lift. Good exercise for one with mobility issues! Lovely views of the meadows from the room, easy to bird watch. Swan nesting nearby was an added attraction. An improvement could be made to the continental breakfast, not up to Premier Inn standards"

Probably wouldn't book again due to the parking but im a 'parking snob' and have a LWB van so after a 12 hour day dont want to be walking half a mile to my hotel plus have the van on the side of the street. But hotel all good 4* stars"

"The propert was lovely, our room was modern and up to date. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and clean! The bathroom was so lovely and clean. I loved that you didnt have to go through the pub to get to the rooms although there was a walkway into the pub at the bottom of the steps if you wished too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "
