"Stay was absolutely fabulous. Upgraded my room to a King and the comfort didn't disappoint. The staff were always friendly and knowledgable for restaurant pick or as for me I needed to do laundry and the staff promptly let me know how to get to the Washing Well. Shame I had such a short stay. Only thing I wish I knew is where the non slip mat would be found, the bath tubs are slippery when wet."

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There 4 concerns of why I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. The hill to walk up the hotel is very steep and push a pram up it was painful. 2. The rooms don’t have A/C and get really warm, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. 3. The hotel only has one lift, the door opens and closes very slow and if the hotel is busy you have to wait ages for it. "I’ve left several reviews for this hotel, the main issue I always find is the lack of staff at busier times, I spoke to one member who was in charge of the reception, bar and restaurant, this is fine if the hotel is very quiet but not so good when busy.
