"Our stay was fabulous. Its an amazing place with amazing staff and food. Beds and rooms we're immaculate. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 star was the dogs barking late at night. Don't know of they were inside or out or both but it was on going for quite a while. Will be back though "

"Booked an accessible room, the one we were given was down 3 flights of stairs so mother had to sleep in the car. Dogs hairs in the bed. Dog in another room kept barking through the night and early hours, doors being slammed. System not working to register my car reg for the parking, told by woman she would put a note under the door to co firm she had done it but no note and no one on the desk in the morning"
